Shipping & Returns

Our pieces are handwoven rattan and some of them are genuinely large, Pea's House travels in a box bigger than a suitcase. Rather than hide that in the price, we'd rather show you exactly what you're paying for.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only and are quickly working on expanding that worldwide in the coming weeks.

If you order multiple items, you will only pay for postage at the largest item cost. All orders are sent on a next working day service. Order before 12pm Monday to Thursday and your parcel will be with you the following working day. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched on Monday.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on what's in your basket. If your order contains more than one item, you'll be charged the rate for the largest piece.

Returns

If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you'd like to return it. Email us at peaandbiscuit@gmail.com and we'll tell you where to send it.

Items need to come back unused and in their original packaging. Please keep the box your piece arrived in until you're sure you're keeping it, rattan doesn't travel well without it.

Return postage is yours to arrange and pay for unless the item is faulty or we've sent you the wrong thing. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund anything that doesn't reach us.

Once your return arrives we'll refund you within 5 working days, to the payment method you used. Original delivery charges are refunded too if you're returning a full order.

If something arrives damaged

Every piece is handwoven and checked before it leaves us, but couriers are couriers. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days at peaandbiscuit@gmail.com and we'll sort a replacement or a full refund, return postage covered by us.

A note on handmade

Our pieces are woven by hand from natural rattan, so small variations in colour, weave and finish are normal and not a fault. It's the reason no two are quite the same.

I'm Sammi, mumma to two little girls. My driver behind building this brand was my anxiety about their childhood disappearing into screens and tech too fast. And because I wanted something I'd actually want to look at. Turns out, other parents felt the same way.

Pea and Biscuit creates pieces designed to slow things down, spark imagination, and belong proudly in a home. Honestly, I want the Biscuit Kitchen as my own!

WHAT'S COMING

What started as rattan toys and décor is slowly becoming something bigger; a complete, curated world for childhood. We're building a heritage childhood lifestyle brand. A world where play is slower, where beauty matters, and where childhood memories are worth designing for.
